Pretty sure that Chicken for dinner isn’t actually that many calories, but the Green salsa it had on it I can’t really be sure, so I’m estimating high. Could have gone without the Hotlink at the Barbecue, but we’d been playing football and I was really hungry.
Just because the calories add up doesn’t mean I should just eat In-N-Out, but I’d been craving a hamburger all day – It was delicious.
Once again, tried to save room for a game night snack. I think awareness like that is something I need to work on – it’s something I’ve never done, even when dieting.
To avoid sickness eat less; to prolong life worry less.
