Missing breakfast didn’t do me any favors today – I felt like I was starving by the time lunch rolled around. Rhineland must offer something I could have eaten that wasn’t 1,400 calories in one sitting – but I didn’t even think to look for it.

We had a farewell lunch for a co-worker who I know pretty well today. He loves Lampost, and there is literally nothing really healthy to eat there. I managed to escape without too many calories, but I should start bring my lunch, so when people suggest places like that, I can go along without ruining my diet.
