Missing breakfast didn’t do me any favors today – I felt like I was starving by the time lunch rolled around. Rhineland must offer something I could have eaten that wasn’t 1,400 calories in one sitting – but I didn’t even think to look for it.

We had a farewell lunch for a co-worker who I know pretty well today. He loves Lampost, and there is literally nothing really healthy to eat there. Pretty sure that Chicken for dinner isn’t actually that many calories, but the Green salsa it had on it I can’t really be sure, so I’m estimating high. Could have gone without the Hotlink at the Barbecue, but we’d been playing football and I was really hungry.
