I need to eat more often for less calories per meal. I also have to start waking up early to eat breakfast. This rolling out of bed to rush to work isn’t working.

But you’re only over by 8! Have some cereal. Its grainy. Try something green. It may not kill you. I make no promises either way though.

A simple way to east smaller meals more times throughout the day is to simply divide your regular meals into 2 or even 3 servings to eat 4-6 times
a day instead of 2 big meals. Also for what it is worth I was 350 pounds down to 250lb without any calorie tracking or even much exercise just by becoming a vegetarian, giving up sweets and limiting breads, cereals, etc.

Good to see you back!! I think a little planning goes a long way with eating more frequently. I like to eat that way and when I was pregnant, I HAD to eat that way. I would make sure to always have snacks everywhere- in my car, purse, work… Go to trader joes and get granola, nuts, dried fruit, stuff like that ( or whatever suits your calorie intake) and pre- portion them into ziplock bags and keep them everywhere. That’s what worked for me anyway. It was (and is) super important for me to avoid dips in blood sugar or else not only do I become a raving bitch, but at that point I’m inclined to eat ANYthing to just “fix” it, you know?

Also, I would have a cut up apple with me like all the time. Who doesn’t like apples? And you’ll be much more inclined to eat it if it’s sliced up. A few slices of cheddar or some peanut butter for dipping and that’s one of my favorite must.eat.NOW. snacks
