Slow Start Back

by Paul | Dec 8, 2009 | Exercise Log | 2 comments

My first day back in the gym and I still had alot of congestion in my chest from being sick. I found it really hard to breathe and ended up calling it off after only 15 minutes.

I made those 15 minutes count though, I set a new personal best for 1 mile at 12:47. Granted I think that was still a D in my highschool gym class, but it’s still showing progress, so I’m happy.

That’s a great time! Just think of how much faster it will be when your chest congestion clears up and you can really do your thing! 🙂 Glad you are feeling better!

I sure find it hard to keep up the exercise at all when I am sick, which is all the more reason I do everything I can to stay healthy.

    Good work on the progress.
