      Hey Paul, not to be a pain or anything, but nutritionally it looks like you could use some improvement. Fruits and veggies, and stuff like that. It might help your weight loss. Just a suggestion.

        You definitely are not being a pain. I appreciate any and all advice people are willing to give. It just so happens that the worst calorie week I’ve had in a while is the week I happened to pick up new readers.

        I know my diet still has vast room for improvement, but I’ve never been a fruit & vegetables kind of guy, so those things aren’t really on my radar. If I don’t make a concentrated effort to keep healthy food readily available, they cease to be an option once I’m hungry.

        I’ve just been so focused on breaking bad habits, like kicking my soda addiction, that I haven’t spent as much time as I should focusing on establishing good ones – like eating more raw fruit and going to the gym more frequently.
