    Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast again; I definitely need to work on that. I also need to work on how to time all of this food. I was eating dinner at midnight last night, just because between playing basketball with friends after work, then coming home and doing yoga, then cooking I just didn’t have the dinner prepared until then. I may need to start having dinner before working out, but am reluctant to do so because working out later usually makes it tougher for me to get to sleep.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that that the protein drinks I make after my workout have more calories than the ones the program recommends. They basically want me to just mix the powder in water – which is gross. I know I said I wasn’t going to meddle, but I’m pretty sure I’m going to make an exception in that case, cus otherwise I just don’t think I could drink them.
