Yeah, it does. It’s already been a long journey, and I’m not even half way there yet!
The detail I’m using is pretty vital to my success. A combination of self justifications and denial led to my terrible eating habits, and the only way to counter that is with cold hard fact. I hope to reach a point where I’ve changed my lifestyle so much that I will make healthy choices by default, but if I have to, I’ll track every calorie I eat for the rest of my life.
