I’m proud of what you are doing, but eating a healthy breakfast is going to help you. It jump starts your metabolism in the morning and will make you less starving by lunch which could help make healthier choices. Even if it is just a banana or something.

I agree with the importance of eating breakfast. That will come with discipline. But, I’m really impressed with your dedication to log your all or your eating. That’s a lot of work, but It’s so helpful! I should get on that bandwagon.

      Congrats on everything so far!

Thanks for the support! I’ve always had problems with breakfast because, for the most part, I’m just not hungry when I wake up. Combine that with the fact that I’m not a morning person, and often don’t wake up till the last minute, and I’m usually right in the middle of it (work, school, whatever) by the time I feel ready to eat.

I try to keep things like Larabars or Clif Bars available to at least eat something, and I think it generally helps keep me from over eating the rest day, but breakfast is definitely one of the big areas I could make improvements on.
