Travel Day

So I’d never been to White Castle before and, having now tried it, I have to say, it’s gross. I mean, part of it could be that I haven’t had much fast food in three months, but I find it hard to believe there would have ever been a time I would have enjoyed the disgusting little greasballs we were served.

Calorie wise, today was a trainwreck. Considering I spent most the time sitting in a car, it was even worse. That goes with the territory though. It’s not about any one day, it’s about the long term choices that make the big differences.
