  • Lemonade (64 oz): ~585

So here I am at the end of the first day, and I feel more or less fine. I would have expected this to be much more difficult, particularly since everyone who’s tried it mentions how hard days one and two are. I’m sort of impressed at how effective this lemonade concoction is able to stave off the effects of having not eaten anything else (headache, fatigue, etc). It doesn’t stop my stomach from rumbling, but that’s a minor inconveinence I can handle.
