Congrats on your weight loss. You are doing a great job.  A couple of things that I noticed that might help you (in addition to cooking at home) are to make sure you eat breakfast everyday and to include more fruits and vegetables.  Both of these suggestions could help you cut calories later in the day by keeping you fuller for longer time. Ideally, you could throw in a couple of snacks during the day too. (These are things you can try as you get closer to your goal. Sometimes shaking things up a bit helps if your weight loss slows down.)
