Hi Anton,

Try expanding the Dashboard menu over on the left of the admin UI. It should result in something like this:
<img src="http://mywastedlife.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/dash.jpg" alt="dash pic" />

The plugin is old, and hooks into the UI there (which I believe is a no-no these days), which makes it hard to find since WP 2.7.

Howdy Paul,

I cannot believe I came across your site in my search to create exactly what you have already done.
My intention is a wordpress blog that captures my weight loss and exercise regime (plus daily diet) in an attempt to log it and track it.
In my search for useful wordpress plugins esp. the "hackers diet plugin" the google crumbtrail led me to you and your awesome site. Really like what you've done and the functionality you've encorporated.
Like you I have medium level skills in terms of coding, but one thing I cannot establish with the "hackers diet plugin" is how exactly you enter the daily data into your blog?
I see that it's in the sql database, but how is it captured.
Your feedback is much appreciated and I will be following your progress keenly.
Warm regards,
Anton

Thanks for the post! I'm trying to get something like this to work for multiple users, and I think what you've written here is going to give me an excellent start.

Despite your disclaimer about not knowing much about WordPress or PHP, your website looks awesome! :)
