Actually, WordPress has some decent plugins for Facebook tie-ins, which is one of the things I want to do to the site. I haven’t been updating my daily food for a week or so, but it’s just cus I’ve been busy. I’ve been on point with my eating (for the most part) and I think my weigh-in’s are where I want them for now, so I’ll just keep working away at stuff.
