		<description>It&#039;s amazing how important the seemingly-silly little things can be. i think the big things, like a 5k (which, damn!) we&#039;re expecting to be big deals. And they are; they&#039;re important milestones. Despite that, it&#039;s the little things that sneak up on us as a reminder that &quot;hey, I&#039;m changing everything about the way I live and that starts small&quot;.  

Also, I had the same sweaty-ear headphones problem awhile ago and it kept me out of the gym for almost a week until I realized how dumb that was and just ordered some new ones.</description>
